Barcelona is blessed with nearly year round sunshine, averaging 7 hours per day, ensuring that the terraces are practically always full of people enjoying a coffee in a hidden square or on one of the many pedestrianized shopping areas in the city. Visit the hip area of Borne and enjoy people watching, or take a stroll around the Ciutadella Park, a vibrant oasis of peace in the heart of the city.

The city is home to some of the most beautiful architecture in the world. One of Barcelona´s most famous residents, Antonio Gaudi, transformed the city with his beautiful buildings including the breathtaking Sagrada famillia, Park Güell and its stunning views of the city and Casa Batlló on the popular shopping street of Passeig de Gracia to name just a few.

One of our favorite shopping malls is Arenas situated at Plaza Espanya. After a hard day’s shopping why not head up to the roof top area for restaurants and bars galore with stunning views of the cities. This is undoubtedly, one of the best places to watch the Montjuic Fountains and to experience a beautiful sunset over the city.
